The much-anticipated Microsoft Flight Simulator was announced last year as having a Summer 2021 release window for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, and that version has just been rated by the ERSB.
The ERSB is the Entertainment Software Rating Board, and a rating for the game suggests a release is forthcoming in at least the next couple of months, with an official date likely to be announced at E3 2021.
Asobo Studio has remained quiet on the progress of the console version over the past few weeks, but did highlight back in April that it was “going awesome,” despite stating that the team wouldn’t be rushed into releasing it too early.
It seems very likely we’ll be hearing more at Xbox’s E3 show, then, which takes place on Sunday, June 13.
