Just months after the release of the highly coveted PlayStation 5 console, Balenciaga has debuted a new three-piece collection in partnership with Sony. Inspired by the classic PlayStation logo and graphics, the entire range is actually priced higher than the console itself, which retails for $499 USD.
Offerings include a black hoodie and two T-shirts that arrive in both red and black options. The minimal items feature imprints of the recognizable PlayStation branding, as well as a refreshed Balenciaga logo in the signature PlayStation font. The console’s release date is also commemorated with the inclusion of “nov 2020”, alongside the well-known geometric button shapes of a triangle, a circle, a cross and a square.
The SonyPlaystation 5 x Balenciaga capsule is available now on Balenciaga’s website and at select retailers, priced at $675 USD and $875 USD respectively.
